I am professor Vivian Margutti. I have a in comparative literature and a Master’s degree in literary theory, both from UFMG. I started my career as an English teacher 20 years ago. I have taught in courses, schools, and also as a private teacher. Since last year, I have been working as a Visiting Professor in the College of Languages and Literature at UFMG. Although I initially focused on the area of literary studies, due to my recent experience with undergraduate teaching, I now have a growing interest in applied linguistics. My intention is to start conducting research into the area of language and technology.
